What were the needs that drove you to look beyond what Baan / Infor LN has to offer?
Report outputs from Baan / ERP LN are not that professional. Also data exports to Excel and other formats are not quite clear and need manual efforts. Putting logos on header and footer is not easy in Baan / LN reports.
Harsco sends large amount of invoices and statements to our customers and purchase orders and letters to our suppliers frequently. We needed a solution that helps us generate professionally looking business documents and at the same time provide us with the ability to send these business documents electronically to our business partners.

With the help of B2Design Excel Designer, we present our ERP LN data in Excel in a clear and easy to read way that makes sense of the data. Also data export can be done in multiple format from a single place. Logo printing is very simple and flexible.

No we did not check other products. We have been using NAZDAQ products for many years. We find NAZDAQ a reliable company with great customer service, support, and their products to be robust with very low maintenance needed and quick and easy to install.
